1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Press to Clean, telephone 691 921 931 and email info@presstoclean.com.
Press to Clean processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we process
We only process data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for each purpose: the data you voluntarily provide in the website forms (name, company, phone, email and the content of your message) and the data you send us by email or phone.
We may also process browsing data obtained through cookies, as detailed in the Cookie policy.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data or similar). If you send us such data of your own accord in the body of a message, we will delete it as soon as we notice it.
Whoever provides us with data guarantees that it is accurate and is responsible for any false or inaccurate statement, as well as for any third-party data they share with us, in which case they must have informed those third parties beforehand.
3. Why we process it
To deal with the enquiries, requests for information and quotes you send us.
To manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship with customers and suppliers, including invoicing and service follow-up.
To send commercial or informative communications about our services, only if you have expressly consented by ticking the corresponding box.
To ensure the security of the website, prevent fraudulent use and comply with the legal obligations that apply to us.
4. Legal basis for processing
Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for sending commercial communications and for non-exempt cookies.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) to handle enquiries, quotes and the provision of the service.
Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) in tax, accounting and data protection matters.
Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in keeping the website secure and operational and in replying to the communications we receive.
5. How long we keep it
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication.
Data from the contractual relationship is kept for as long as it lasts and, once it ends, blocked for the statutory limitation periods — six years for commercial matters and four for tax matters — to deal with any possible liabilities.
Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.
6. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law (public authorities, courts and tribunals, or law enforcement agencies).
The providers who supply us with services — hosting (including its network and security service, Cloudflare), email, accounting or web analytics — may access it as data processors, always under a contract that complies with article 28 of the GDPR and only for the purpose entrusted to them.
7. International transfers
By default, data is hosted on servers located within the European Economic Area. If a provider involves a transfer outside the EEA, it is carried out under the safeguards of chapter V of the GDPR: a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures.
Cloudflare is a United States company. Any data it may process there is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which it adheres, and by standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.
To do so, write to info@presstoclean.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month, which may be extended to two if the request is complex.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
If you believe we have not properly handled your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
9. Security measures
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access: TLS encryption of traffic, access control, backups and incident logging.
No system is infallible. In the event of a security breach posing a risk to your rights, we would notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and, where appropriate, the people affected, within the time limits set by the GDPR.
10. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover that we have processed a minor’s data without the consent of their legal guardian, we will delete it.
11. Cookies
This website uses first-party and third-party cookies. Details of what they are, what they are for and how to manage them are given in the Cookie policy, linked in the footer of every page.
12. Changes to this policy
Press to Clean reserves the right to amend this policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or guidance from the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or to changes in the services provided. Any changes will be published on this page and its date will be updated.
Visitor statistics
To understand how the website is used, Press to Clean uses an anonymous statistics service, on a server in the European Union. It is managed by Codiweb as data processor. It does not use cookies, which is why we do not ask for your consent in the banner.
It collects the page visited and the page of the website you came from (without address parameters), the external domain you arrive from and, if the link carries them, the campaign parameters (utm), the screen width, where you click and on which page element (by its technical name, not its text), how far you scroll and how long you are active. It never collects the text of the page or what you type.
The service does not create any identifier: each interaction is stored with nothing linking it to who you are or to your visits on other days or to other websites. The time is stored rounded to the quarter hour, and if a page address contains an email, a long number or a code, it is masked. The service is loaded from this same website: the server that delivers the page receives your IP address, like any web server, but the statistics service neither reads nor stores it.
The legal basis for this processing is Press to Clean’s legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used in order to improve it (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Interaction details are kept for 30 days and are not included in backups; after that, only aggregated statistics remain (counts per page and per day), which are anonymous.
You can object to this measurement at any time with the «Don’t measure my visits» button at the top of this page. The service stops sending data from that browser instantly, including in any other open tabs.
